While the thought of exposed brick might call to mind a hole-in-the-wall Italian bistro, there are a lot of ways that this classic look can be incorporated into a modern space. Unlike some spaces that leave just one wall in exposed brick for effect, this one keeps the rough red bricks out in the open on multiple walls. The look contrasts with the smooth concrete finish on the façade. ‍Virayan is a modern workspace building that takes a fresh and innovative approach to architecture. Located near BTM layout Bangalore, the building was designed to blend the aesthetics of an old colonial building with a modern adaptation. The building features a unique combination of traditional and contemporary design elements, such as large windows, high ceilings, and exposed brick walls. The interior of the building is designed to maximize natural light and provide a comfortable and productive work environment. Additionally, the building is equipped with the latest technology and amenities, such as high-speed internet, conference rooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The building also features a variety of outdoor spaces, such as a courtyard, terrace, and garden, to provide a relaxing atmosphere for employees.
