Let’s know about HDF

High Density Fiberboard (HDF) are similar to MDF ,but are more denser and much stronger and hard because it is made out of exploded wood fiber that are highly compressed. HDF is homogeneous with no grains. These woods can be calibrated.

MDF is not a Villains always

Medium Density Fiber (MDF) and HDF are the two trendiest materials in the market in recent days . HDF is costlier than MDF .These are Engineered wood made by combining wood fibre and glue under immense pressure . The recycled nature of their construction makes them eco-friendly and the pressure used to create these boards made them highly durable.

• MDF and HDF have a smooth surface and considered to be the best material for furniture work with finishes like DUCO,Acrylic.

Budding Star HDHMR

HDHMR is a new wood type that is available in the market. High Density High Moisture Resistant board is an upgraded term of plywood used to create a robust wooden usage. Same as that of HDF and MDF boards HDHMR boards are also homogenous engineered wood made of fibre chips and forest wood waste. From the name we can understand that these woods are best to use in places with high moisture content.

• Kitchen Shutters ( as these are homogenous and engineered wood these are not recommended to use as for the cabinets. As it may bend on times )

Have ever tried Block Boards

Block Boards made of wooden strips or blocks , placed edge to edge between two layers of thin strip plywood glued together under high pressure. Blockboards are usually made of soft woods.

• Used at the place of lengthy pieces or wooden boards required . This is because block boards are stiffer and less prone to bend

Part of Particle Boards in Interior

As you read the name Particle we can understand that these are made of sawdust , wooden leftovers that are glued and compressed . Compression is applied to the particle board sheet multiple times to create the tightest possible bond between the resin and the wood bits.The Popular type of Particle board in the market is Oriented Strand Board (OSB).Oriented strand board is easily identifiable by its manufacturing process that layers strands of wood in specific orientations. Most home and commercial builders use OSB particle board for floor and wall bases
